Read on to celebrate our developments in our Turney Service Team!
We are happy to announce that, after 11 years at the company, starting as an Apprentice in our Agricultural workshop and excelling as an Agricultural Service Technician, Matt Gingell, with his in-depth and specialist knowledge on all things tractor, will be stepping into the role of Service Advisor/Service Manager Designate. Matt will be responsible for New Holland tractor service, providing technical expertise, support, and advice to our customers.
Chantelle Jesty, Workshop Service Manager, is responsible for all Case IH, Telehandler, Implements, and ATV/SBS Servicing, and Mark Miller, Workshop Service Manager, is responsible for Harvesters and Balers, along with any fabrication work. Together, they will be training and teaching Matt as he transitions into his new role, offering support in the development of managerial and leadership skills.
Previously, Timothy Tyack was our Agricultural Service Manager for the Harvest team, with responsibility for all harvester servicing and repair work, including Uptime, Warranty, and emergency breakdowns. With 24 years as Agricultural Service Manager and 46 years at the Turney Group, Tim has a wealth of technical knowledge and has been a consistent asset to the team. He has now transferred to our Parts Department, supporting customers with their Spares/Parts requirements, where he will be trained by Clive Gibbs, Agricultural Parts Manager, and his team.
We are grateful for Tim’s hard work and commitment during his time as an Agricultural Service Manager and his role in delivering first-class experiences to our customers.
Clive Gibbs recently won our long-service Award after dedicating an incredible 25 years to the business!
Sam Gregory, Service & Warranty Administrator, will continue to provide cover in the workshop office in the event of absence or holiday to ensure continuity of service in the workshop.
Peter McFerran, our Group Aftersales Manager, will be supporting all the Service and Parts employees with the transitions.
We wish both Matt and Tim the best of luck in their new positions, and remain dedicated to our principles of high-standard, first-class service delivery to our customers.
