We’re delighted to be welcoming Brendan Prudom to the team as our new Turney Bredon Branch & Sales Manager.
Brendan joins us with extensive experience across the automotive, engineering, manufacturing, commercial vehicle and agricultural sectors, bringing a proven track record of operational leadership, team development and driving business performance. With a people-first approach and a passion for building strong, accountable teams, Brendan is focused on supporting colleagues, delivering excellent customer service, and continuing to strengthen the Bredon branch’s reputation.
We caught up with Brendan to learn more about his background, what attracted him to the role and what he enjoys outside of work.
About me:
I’m an operational leader with a mechanical engineering background who has worked my way up from the shop floor into senior leadership positions across automotive, engineering, manufacturing, commercial vehicle and agricultural sectors.
Throughout my career I’ve specialised in improving performance, developing teams and leading change. I firmly believe that if you look after your people, provide them with the right support and create a culture of accountability and trust, the results will follow. That approach has enabled me to deliver significant improvements in productivity, quality, profitability and customer service across a range of businesses.
I take a hands-on approach to leadership, enjoy solving problems and am passionate about building environments where people are proud of the work they do and the business they represent.

Fun fact:
Outside of work, most of my time is spent with my wife, son and our Old English Bulldog. I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening and keeping the lawn in order, which some would argue I take a little too seriously.
A fun fact about me is that despite being 5’7”, I’ve made the personal decision to identify as tall. Opinions on whether that’s working remain divided.
